THEATRICAL DIVORCE SUIT.
DECREE GRANTED AGAINST JEROME. PATRICK. Dunedin, May 26. Mr Justice Sim granted a deerbe nisi in Un' theatrical suit, Joan Patrick, actress, v. Jerome Patrick, actor, on the ground of desertion. He permit!' <1 emandation of the petition naming W spondent Alexander Patrick his birth name, deciding on the question of service that it would not be necessary to re-serve petition on respondent at Los Angeles as the mistake could not influence respondent. His Honour held that respondent had not, acquired domicile in America ami found that he still retained his origin of domicile in New Zealand thus giving the New Zealand Court jurisdiction to dissolve the marriage. ' '
