A LL YOUNG PERSONS between the ages of 14 years and 17 years who reside within two miles of the Napier Technical College, and who are not already receiving regular instruction at school are required by law to enrol on the books of the Technical College and attend classes for not less than two evenings weekly between Ist MARCH and 31st OCTOBER.
