GEORGIA’S FATE.
HAS TIFLIS FALLEN? CONFLICTING REPORTS. London, Feb. 28. Reports as to the position at Tiflis are Georgian Government telegrams state that it has not fallen. A Constantinople correspondent states that anarchy and pillage are rampant in Tiflis, due to Bolshevik agents demoralising the Georgina ■finny, which later melted away, allowing the Bolshevik army to capture the town without resistance. Another Bolshevik army is marching up Batoum, on which the Turkish army is also marching. The Moslem population will certainly support the latter. —(Times.)
