A STARTER’S ERROR Hobart, Feb 15. The starter at last night’s swimming states he could not certify to having started Langer at the proper time in his attempt to lower the three hundred yards and three hundred metres world’s record. It is unlikely, therefore, that Langur’s time will be officially recognised.
