ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGThe first annual general meeting of the new'y formed club was held in the club rooms, Hastings, last night, Mr. E. M. Mackorsoy presiding over a good attendance. Apologies were received from Major-General Sir Andrew Russell, Col. Goring, Lt.-Col. Jardine, and Mr- W. D. Southcott (Legion o) Frontiersmen). The report, which dealt with the work of forming t he new club, and the balance-sheet, which showed a ciedit of £l6l 11/3, «ei‘» adopted. Folkiwing officers and committee were appointed: -President. Maj.-Gen. Sir Andrew Russell; vice-president, Lt-Col. Goring; commit too, Messrs- E. M. Mackorsoy. E. E. Rivers, J. U™ig, J. A. Miller. P. George, .K- Duffy and Lt.-Col. Jardine.
