Issue of 125,000 6 Per Cent. Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 tach. The Drapery and General Importing Company of New Zealand,Ltd. It is confidently anticipated that this purchase will prove highly satisfactory to the D.I.C. To assist in the extension of the Company’s business in this and other directions, the Directors have decided to issue 125,000 6 per cent. Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 each, which entitle the holders thereof: (a) To rank pari passu witli the existing £125,000 6 per cent. Cumulative Shares. (b) To a fixed Preferential Dividend at the rate of £6 per centum per annum on the amount paid up thereon for the time being. . (c) To priority over ordinary shares in the distribution of the surplus assets on a winding up, but to no further rights on the profits and assets of the Company.
