SPLIT IN NATIONALISTS’ RANKS,

Bv the occupation of Brusa the Greeks link up with the Anglo-British front, thus freeing the whole seabeard and dissipating Kemal Pasha’s hope of attacking the Dardanelles and Constantinople. A reported split has occurred in the Nationalists’ ranks. Kuidish chiefs in the Yozgad region □re leading a counter-movement. The Chamber of Deputies by 136 votes to 70. authorised proceedings against the Socialist Deputy Misano charged with being a deserter from the armv. The majority of the deputies left the Chamber and others hissed while Misano was speaking.—(A. and N.Z.)
