PACIFIC CABLE.
A DUPLICATION. Ottawa, May 27. Mr. Milward, General Manager of the Pacific Cable Board announces that the board is considering the duplication of the cable from Y’ancouver to Norfolk Island to cost in the vicinity of £4,000,000, but it is not possible to manufacture the cable till .'ate in 1921. ‘ —(Reuter.)
