Ltd., report on the Wellington fruit and produce market as follows Considerable quantities of both stone and pip fruit have been placed on our market since last report, and in consequence prices are easier. Tomatoes are also plentiful. Hutts are now coming forward. Choice W.B.C. pears have finned slightly. The following prices are ruling: Apples, Quarrendons from 7s to 9s. Beauty of Bath 8s to 9s, Gravensteins 6s 6d to 8a 6d. Cox’s Orange 10s to 12s, Alfristons 4a 6d to 5s 6d, Mobbs Boyal 4a 9d to 5s 3d, other cookers from 4s to 6s per bushel.
