HAVELOCK NORTH.

It is understood that a petition is being circulated to ask the Post Offite to have a parcel delivery in connection, with the office. Such a concession, on the part of the Department, would be welcome, and in fact the volume, of business done should warrant a delivery being made. The Colleges alone would almost keep a man employed. A good suggestion has been made in connection with the suggested Swim' ming Baths, and it is that the baths should be placed near the Here Here stream so that they could receive the running water. This would save a lot of expense and trouble in filling and, at the same time, the water would always be fresh.
