SUICIDE.
Timaru, Jan. 4. A suicide is reported from Woodbury, where Matthew Burdon, aged 60. a well-to-do resident, was found dead in some bush with a revolver bullet wound in the right temple, and the revolver beside him. He had been under ’he do-sr for a nervous complaint, ana was m fsed from his home on Satifd-ny afternoon. A search party this morning discovered the corpse. He leaves a widow and a grown-up family oi three.
