Um Hawke’s Bay Lawn Tennis dab's tournament was continued till a late hoar on Saturday evening. The weather was splendid. The further results up till Saturday evening were: — (Ladies’ Championship Singles.— Final: Miss D. Weliwood (Hastings) beat Mrs. Cato (Napier), 6— I, <i—l. , Man’s Championship Singles. —Semifinals: Lang Guthrie won from Thomas by default; Sturm beat Oakley, 6 —3, 2—3, 6—3. ~ Ladies’ Championship Doubles. — Final-. Mrs. Cato and Mrs. Hetley beat Miss Fenwick and Miss Craig. Men's Championship Doubles. —Semifinal: Webber and Sturm beat Cowan and Maddison, 2 —6, 6—4, . 6—3. Final: Webber and Sturm beat Ridduck and Dinwiddie, 6 —2, 6—o. Combined Championship Doubles. — Semi-finals: Miss Weliwood and Maddison beat Mis* Leithead and Ptdduck, 6—3» 6—2; Mrs. Hetley and Webber beat Mis* Craig and Craigie, 6—5, Ladies* Handicap Singles. —Final: Miss D. Fenwick (scr) beat Miss N- ■ Fannin (rec. 10), 50—36Men's Handicap Singles.—Fourth Round: Guthrie (rec. 10) beat Kerr (rec. 10) 60—50; Dinwiddie won from Craigie by default; Thomas (rec. 20) beat W.
