HOARDING OF COAL is a PUNISHABLE OFFENCE under the Regulations, and any cases of the kind will be severely dealt with. 3. HOUSEHOLDERS are therefore WARNED AGAINST ACCUMULATING STOCKS OF COAL by obtaining supplies from different merchants, as this may involve them in a Breach of the Regulations. I. ALL CONSUMERS are earnestly appealed to to RESERVE their coal supplies for Cooking Purposes Only, tor Open Fires only MOOD AND COKE should be used.
