In a judgment summons at the Napier Court yesterday, A. J. Leadbetter was ordered to pay 11. M. Scott and H. Harris the sum ot £6 12,9 and costs amounting to £1 1 - in default 1-1 days’ imprisonment. One month was allowed in which to pay. Richard Lydford to pay >l. R. Northe and Sons the sum of £2l 13 5 with £1 10 6 costs, in default one inont.i itnprisonnient, warrant to be suspended if £3 is paid monthly.
