IN BANKRUPTCY.
FRANK RHODES, CALEDONIAN
HOTEL.
This morning, at a sitting of the Napier Supreme Court in Bankruptcy, Frank Rhodes, licensee of the Caledonian Hotel, Napier, was, on the petition of Hunter, Bannatyne and Co., merchants, of Wellington. adjudicated a bankrupt. Bankrupt is indebted to the petitioning company to the extent of £163. judgment having been obtained for this amount and an order subsequently made on a judgment summans. Mr J. Kight (Sainsbury. Logan and Williams) appeared on behalf of the petitioners, while Mr L. A. Rogers represented the bankrupt, who did not appear.
