THE FINAL STRUGGLE APPROACHING. GERMAN DEVELOPMENT AND POWER. Rotterdam, Nov. 28. Dr. Stresemann, chairman of the National Liberals in the Reichstag, in a manifesto on the eve of the Reichstag’s re-assembling, says that the final military and diplomatic struggle is approaching. We Germans are conquerors, and have the right and duty to see that our victory ensures our future. The decreased submarinings are due to the fact that as ships are sunk the targets decrease. Poland must not be independent. Our future must be built up on German development and power.
