GAZETTED AN OFFENCE AGAINST LAW. Wellington. Fuji. 16. Important War regulations to meeting the problem caused through the “go slow’’ policy are being gazetted by the Government and will make limitation of output an offence against the law. Sir James Allen stated io-day that it would <‘e ruinous for New Zealand if any body of men were allowed to limit the output, and was not only ruinous to the country but to the men themselves. The only way to win the war was to maintain a high stifle of efficiency. If this was not done we must. o down before a moce vigorous nation.
