The eighth’annual show of the Dannevirkb 'District. Agricultural and Pastoral Association opened on Wednesday, 14th February, in fine weather. The entries are a tec ord for the society, and the attendance for the first day exweeded that oi last year. Numerous side shows were on the ground, and an additional attraction was the sheep dog trial inaugurated by the association this year. SECOND DAY. The second day of the eighth annual show held by the Dannevirke District Agricultural and Pastoral .Association opened in beautiful weather and the ground was in perfect order. The attendance was probably a record. A feature of the show was the ihe splendid jumping.
