Employers should therefore arrange with local officers of regiments to which their men lielong to call them up at convenient times durin "the four months. "It is of war tane that it is considered essentia] to maintain territorial training. From information in my possession I am persuaded that camps should not be abandoned. Officers commanding in. each of the four districts have been authorised to meet the industrial situation as far as possible and to arrange with employers direct, thus saving them time and inconvenience."
