W« have to face the apprehension of the workers on this point, and we have to enter into co-operation to perfect the organisation of national industry, and to regularize if so as io prevent the cyclical and seasonal fluctuations which have disturbed industry in the past. There are signs of a better understanding lotween the employed and the employ ing classes.
