At the H.B. Soldiers’ Club to-night the Hastings quota of the 20th Reinforcements will be entertained by a concert and supper. An excellent programme of musical items has been arranged, so that an enjoy’able evening may be looked forward to. The men will also receive their parcels of comforts for the voyage from the Lady’ Liverpool Committee.
NOTES AND MEMOS. A new 4-roomed Bungalow in Hastings is advertised for sale on exceptionally easy terms. Messrs. Pratt’s have had made to the order of Mr. Luke Wilson a 100 active service writing wallets. These wallets are of new design with patent locking arrangement. Miss Luckie will enclose one in the next 100 parcels sent to the front.
