GIFT FOE, AERIAL SERVICE. (Received 6, 9.50 a.m.) Mauritius, Nov. 5. The Council, Government, and sugar planters have combined to present 1,000,000 rupees to the Imperial Government to provide 30 battle planes, or towards the cost of airships.
