THE OBSTRUCTIVE CONSTANTINE. [ AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. CABLE ASSN.] (Received 6, 9.50 a.m.) Athens, Nov. 5. The Council of Ministers, with King Constantine presiding, rejected Admiral Du Fournet’s request for the utilisation of the Greek light fleet manned by the Allies to ensure security of the coast.
