* SOME PERSONAL NOTES. Private advice has been receivedin Nanier that Gunner M. Mitchell of that town has been killed in action. Gunner Mitchell, whose parents reside in Napier was very popular here, and prior to enlisting-was on the staff of the South British Insurance Co. He was attached to the Artillery of the Main Body and saw fighting in Gallipoli and France. , „ „ . Private Sid Moody of Napier, who was recently reported wounded is now making very satisfactory progress. . Advice has been received in Napier that Private D. C. E. Webster of the 12th Reinforcements was wounded in France on October 18th. Prior to enlisting Private Webster was on the clerical staff of the Napier Supreme Court. He was well known in football circles. Mrs. J. Cullen, Heretaunga street has received word that her brother Corporal J. Flanagan has been missing since September 30th. TWENTY-THIRD REINFORCEMENTS.
