THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION. New York, Nov. 4. A tremendous crowd welcomed Dr. Wilson when speaking in Madison Square Garden. The police lost control, and Dr. Wilson and his wife entered the building by scaling a fire escape amid tumultuous enthusiasm.
