Sir,—Allow me io express my great admiration and certainly more than appreciation of the magnificent article in your recent issue by James Holmes on the anti-conscrip-tion victory which has so terribly smirched the fair fame, of the Australian Commonwealth. Let me couple with it your excellent leaders on the same question.
