BELLAIRS’ ESTIMATE. (Argus.) (Received 3, 2.20 p.m.) London, Nov. 2. Commander C. Bellairs, M.P., in an article in “Land and Water, i estimates the German troops at 5,000,000 apart from reserves. There are 1,310,000, including cured wouni deds, who will be available by next November. One hundred and twentynine divisions are nor; on the West front and 74 on the East. Before General Brusiloff’s attack there were three divisions between the Pripet and the Aegean ,while there are now 41.
