[REUTER’S TELEGRAMS. I London, Oct. 27. The Entente will recognise both the Governments of Greece. Athens, Oct. 26. As a proof that the relations between King Constantine and the Entente have improved the King has signed a decree demobilising 60,000 men and reducing the arms t 0.30,000.
