SOMBRERO APPEAL DISMISSED.
Dunedin, Oct. 26. The ultimate effect of the rehearing in the Sombrero case, which was again before the Dunedin District Committee last night, is that the appeal was dismissed, the Commit tee being of opinion that there is not sufficient evidence to show that poison was administered by either Alex Chisholm, or Thomai Ambrose.
