ENTENTE AND BALKAN STATES EFFORTS TO REACH SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES. [PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT.] (Received 7, 12.30 p.m.) Nish, Aug. 6. Representatives of the Quarduple Entente, with a view of reaching a settlement- on the questions in dispute amongst the Balkan States, made a collective demarche to M. Pasich, pointing out their desire to establish an entente of the Balkan States and the avoidance of friction, thus bringing nearer the Allies’ final success in the war.
