Acting on the best medical, geological. and sanitarv advice obtainable in the Dominion, the Defence autborities have decided to establish ;i new permanent military camp tit Tauherenik'.tu itt coujnnetioti with TrenU.iam. There will lit 1,000 tmm in each camp. Nev. drafts will go into Trent ham for two months fin' elementary training, ami musketry and then go to Tauherenik.au to comph'te their advanced training, returning to Trent in tn for advanced musketry and fitting purposes. A third camp under canvas will be established for the new battalions.
