ANGER AGAINST AUSTRIA.

London, Aug. 11 (morning). The news of the Austrian bombardment of the Montenegrin coast is exciting anger in Italy. The irrita tion is the more significant as Austria is denuding her Italian frontier of troops in order to assist against France in Lorraine.
