Gray, arising from infringement <4’ rights of Marie Corelli’s "Temporal Power.” a verdict was returned in favour of plaintiff. An inquiry is to l>c held into! Gray's profits in order to assess the damages to be paid by Gray. A stay of proceedings was granted pending an appeal.
