A CORRUPT PREMIER. Budapest!). June 4. A sensational political trial has just closed. An Opposition deputy named Desy was prosecuted for libelling Di-. Lukncs, whom he dr scribed as the most corrupt politician in Europe.
He accused the Premier of corruptly using large sums advanced liy banking and other institutions fo?the Government's electoral cam paign.
The trial ended in Disy-’s acquittal. The judgment stat id that Dr. Lukacs accented £125,000 from the Bank of Hungary for party pur poses. The Cabinet has resigned.
