•PARS’’ FROM YESTERDAY’S MEETING. Nir. F. Black, consulting engineer to the Napier Borough Council, reported that rim cars for the tramway system would reach Napier cn June 9th. Nir. A reward of two pounds is to be offered by the Napier Borough Council for information concerning damage done to tiie pavilion on Nelson Park. Nir. F. Black has reported that the cost of heating the Napier Barks by electricity would be prohibitive.
