IIIAVE much pleasure in offering rnyself as Candidate for the vacant seat of Councillor at the corning election. lam straight out no party man. 1 am standing on merit only. Aly policy is a fair, square deal for Labour and also the Employer. Consideration in all matters, either for the wise or wealthy. Progressive improvements for the Borough, which can only lie done by energy and enterprise. 1 will support a proposal to engage a Town Clerk of high standing and also an Engineer of wide experience. These two officials are, in my opinio:), the chief builders of a town. 1 need say little of myself, as 1 have lived in your midst for twelve years, and have associated myself with a goodly number of citizens while in business in the- town.
