CECIL (HESTER TON’S TRIAD GODFREY ISAACS ( ROSS EXAMINED. London, June Mr. Godfrey Isaacs was sharph cross-examined with reference to his connection with the St. David’s gold mines. The question was apparently based on the allegations of Mr. Lockwood, who was the owner of the patonis. Mr. Godfrey Isaacs said that when Lockwood was dismissed he pointed a pistol at his (Godfrey Isaacs’) herd and threatened to shoot him if he denied that he cornered the Marconi shares.
