NATIONAL PARTY. Sydney, March 13. Mr. Beeby, who was recently returned by a small majority for Blayney, speaking at Armidale, outlined the policy of the National Parliamentary Party, of wihch he is the prospective leader. It includes the summoning of a National Convention to consider the rearrangement of the Federal compact, the of the referendum, the abolition of “machine politics” and \the modification of the system of party politics in State Parliaments, ; elective Ministries, national insurance against sickness, accident and unemployment, a board of trade to administer all industrial laws, the modification of all laws relating to employer and employee, the improvement of the hospital system. I The increased expenditure thereby extailed will be met by a tax on sport and on the proceeds of the totalisator.
