The military authorities have forbidden the newspapers to mention the rumours of the position of the Ministry or army changes. POWERS’ MEDIATION. AWAITING SERVIA’S REPLY. (Received 12, 10.5 a.m.) Sofia, March 11. The newspaper “Mir” says the Government is awaiting Servia’s reply before informing the Powers of the Allies’ conditions for mediation. BULGARIAN - SERVIAN* RIVALRY. * FIERCE FIGHT IN MACEDONIA. Salonika, March 11. The Bulgarians bombarded Nigrita, a village in Southern Macedonia, held by the Greeks. The latter .possessed no artillery and replied with ' rifle fire. There were heavy casualties on both sides. The fight was proceeding when the messenger left. (Received 12, 10.5 a.m.) Sofia, March 11. Uhe Bulgarian and Greek Governments have arranged to inquire Into the Nigrita incident and punish the guilty. A MONTENEGRIN CALAMITY. Cettinje, March 11. Sixty-eight Montenegrin women and girls, with four soldiers’, were crossing Lake Scutari, when the boat capsized in a storm and all were drowned. ALLIES AGREE TO MEDIATION. BUT INSIST ON INDEMNITY. Sofia, March 11. The Allies will reply to the Powers to-morrow. The “Mir” states they have agreed to mediation but - will insist on Turkey paying an indem-, nity. RUSSO-AUSTRALIAN FRONTIER FORCES REDUCED TO NORMAL. St. Petersburg, March 11. Austria and Russia have agreed to the reduction of frontier forces to the normal footing.
