The Anchor Shipping and Foundry Co., of Nelson, hare purchased the West port Coal Company's steamer Regulns, which haS been laid np at Wellington for some weeks owing to trouble over tlie manning of the stokehold. A satisfactory agreement with men for the manning of the vessel Ims been arrived at, and the vessel will go -into commission at once for the new owners. OIL LAUNCH BREAKS DOWN. Greymouth, Feb. 28. The oil launch Nita, (sound from Woodpecker Bay to Greymouth. and manned by T. Scrivener and J. Hutchings, left at 8 o’clock yesterday morning and broke down on the journey.
