WEDDING.
McGoldrick—dew. A very popular wedding v.as celebrated at St. Matthew's Anghc-nt Church, Hastings, yesterday, when Mr. John McGoldrick, well-known in hockey circles, fourth son of the late James McGoldrick, of Hokitika, was united in the bonds cf hold matrimony with Miss Ida Emil.y Dew, fifth daughter of Mr and Mrs Samuel Dew, of Hastings. The Rev. J. B. Brbcklchurst officiated. The bride, who was gven away by her brother. Mr. Bernard Dew, of Weedville, was handsomely attired in a tailor made navy blue costume, with grey hat trimmed with feathers, and carried a beautiful shower bouquet. She was attended by her sister, M’ss Ethel Dew, as bridesmaid, who was robed in a pretty dress cf pale heliotrope ninon trimmed with slik in sertion and black picture hat trim med with cream feathers. She also wore a dapper brooch, a present from the bridegroom. The dut’es of best man were discharged by Mr. Stewart Baird. Mr. and Airs McGoldrick subsequently left by motor car for Wellington cn route for the South Island where the honeymoon will be spent. The happy couple were the recipients of many presents in addition, to those already pub lished.
