AN EXPERT PRINCESS. (Received 7, 11.15 a.m.) Ottawa, Feb. 6. Princess Patricia's partiality for ski-ing has made the*sport tremendously popular in the capital. The Princess astonished the crowd by suddenly appearing and making a fine descent of a steep hill.
