Garrison to be increased London, Feb. “■ Catholics and Nationalists were urged from all Catholic pulpits n Belfast to abstain from Mr. Churcii ill’s meetings. It is unofficially stated that iho commandant recommends that the garrison should be increased from 1700 to 5000 men.
