WELLINGTON HARBOUR BOARD.

FLOTATION OF CONSOLIDATED LOAN.

Wellington, Feb. 14.

At a special meeting of the Harbour Board, the chairman (Mr. R. Milligan), who had been entrusted with the negotiations, reported that he had arranged for the flotation of the board’s consolidated loan of £215,000 at four per cent, par. The loan ia taken by the A.M.P. Society. The Harbour Board confirmed the arrangements, and members stated they considered the flotation a brilliant success, and they warmly congratulated the chairman.
