MR. HEALY’S PETITION. (Received 13, 8.5 am) London, Feb. 12. Mr. R. Hamilton’s counsel pr - posed to withdraw opposition to Mr. Healy’s petition against the election for Louth North, owing to proof of illegal payments. . The petitioner insisted on proceeding. There are other charges of intimidation and corrupt practices.
