TOULON RAMPARTS DYNAMITED. (Received 13, 8.45 a.m.) Paris, Feb. 12. Two large holes have been dynamited into the ramparts at Toulon, adjacent to the powder magazine, which is undamaged. In view of numerous armed hooligans attacks on the police, the Prefecture recommends the police, on or off duty, to defend their own lives whenever necessary.
