The Courier de Marseilles of the 28th of Feby. lias the following telegrams : “Ford Palmer ton stated that Denmark refused to attend the Conference, from local reasons. “Denmark applied for Swedish assistance, but was refused. “The Prussian buttery repulsed two Danish ships attempting to enter the Straits of Alseu ; one was much damaged. “The Federal Diet proposed giving Prussia the command of the German troops. “A proposed treaty between England, Sweden, and Denmark, for guaranteeing the integrity of the latter was ruiiioured. “A new Government intended for Algeria, with three Governors under a Governor-General.
