NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in terms of Clause 13, Section 111 of Sir George Grey's Laud Regulations of 1853, and of the Additional Land Regulations of 1835, in the Province of Wellington, all Runholders in the hnna Jute possession of Runs in the Province of Hawke’s Bay are required to exercise the right of preemption to their homesteads on such runs, within the space of two Calendar Months from this date, or such right will be declared forfeited.
