RESCUE BY BRITISH PREMIER
LONDON, September 20. While Mr Balfour and Mr Lyttelton were golfing at Aberladye, Haddingtonshire, they heard cries, and launched a boat and rescued four drowning boys. Mr Balfour waded into the sea up to his waist.
