CORONATION ARRANGEMENTS. (Received September 21, 11.12 p.m.) LONDON, September 21. King Peter’s regalia was blessed in Belgrade Cathedral yesterday. The coronation will take place today. Foreign Powers have refused to send delegations, and several diplomatists have been appointed as representatives extraordinary, except the Russian, though the Czar sent a friendly letter to King Peter. The United States and France will not be specially represented. Great Britain will be unrepresented. The Servian Ministry will shortly he reconstructed, when the regicide influence which has been dominating the Government’s acts will finally disappear. King Peter has been the recipient of numerous threats that bombs will be thrown at him.
